SAV7 reliably encrypts files against unauthorized access using a secure AES-256 encryption method.

Key-Files

By using cryptographic keys instead of passwords, there is no need to remember passwords. Files can only be decrypted with the corresponding key file. Additional hashing of the key files detects any tampering with the keys.

Irreversible Deletion

With the integrated shredder feature, files can be irreversibly removed after encryption. The files are automatically encrypted and then overwritten multiple times using a recognized method, rendering them unrecognizable. SAV7 ensures that the original files cannot be accessed after deletion.

Expiration Date

With the Key Expiration feature, an expiration date can be set which ensures that the files cannot be accessed after this date has passed.

SAV7 encrypts files securely using AES-256. Unlike other encryption applications, SAV7 creates a cryptographic key, which is the only way to successfully decrypt files. This methodology allows files to be successfully protected from unauthorized access by creating two interdependent objects. Additional features also allow you to securely and irreversibly remove unencrypted files from your hard drive after the encryption process. The original files are encrypted using a verified procedure and then overwritten multiple times.
